Role Title: Retail Sales Consultant – Part Time (9 Month Fixed Term Contract) – Blackpool, Cork

As a Retail Sales Consultant at eir, you will be a face of our brand—engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored broadband and mobile solutions that exceed expectations. You'll earn a monthly salary plus commission.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport, understand needs, and recommend suitable mobile and broadband solutions.
  • Sales Delivery: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Customer Experience: Handle queries and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Support daily administrative tasks, including stock control, data entry, and cash handling.
  • Product and Policy Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with eir's offerings and store policies to ensure compliant service delivery.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed of competitor offerings to provide relevant information.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Confidence engaging with customers, effective communication, positive target-driven mindset, interest in mobile, broadband, and tech.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in retail or sales is desirable; relevant life experience considered.
  • Other: Ability to work evenings and weekends as per store hours.
