Overview

Pharmacy Store Manager – Hickey's Terenure. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Store Manager to join the Hickey's Pharmacy team in Hickey's Terenure.

Responsibilities
  • Analysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
  • Ensuring that high standards are maintained for customers and teams.
  • Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures.
  • Supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Understanding and meeting the commercial needs of the business.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Efficient management of store operations, including cost management and rostering efficiency.
  • Effective performance management of colleagues including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation and mentoring.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.

  • 2 years Store Manager/People Manager experience – within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essential.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Previous Dispensary experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • The ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations.
  • Positivity, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Confidence, drive and enthusiasm; decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
  • The ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
