Senior Client Services Manager

We're hiring a Client Service Manager to join a leading financial services organisation in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Tier 1 clients, enhancing their Transfer Agency experience while acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
Contract till the end of 2025, with a Likely 12 Month Extension
€44 per hour (€6,700 per month)
3 days a week onsite in Limerick, Ireland
What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency services to multiple high-profile clients.
- Oversee client reporting, service levels, and incident management.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve queries, ensure compliance, and drive service enhancements.
- Act as a key escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
- Build strong client relationships while supporting operational efficiency and process improvements.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a client-focused role and/or Transfer Agency experience within financial services or banking is a must.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
