Role context

In our standalone factories, you'll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It's fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success. No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.

Pay and benefits
  • Hourly rate, paid every two weeks
  • Plus €1/hour extra for those midnight-to-6am shifts

      Work environment and responsibilities
      • Inside the factory, washing doughnut trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils
      • Help and support on the Doughnut line when required
      • In staff areas and corridors, maintaining clean, comfortable spaces
      • Outside the building, cleaning bins, trolleys, and handling food waste and recycling
      • It's fast-paced, hands-on, and no two days are quite the same. You'll support the doughnut-making process from the ground up.
