Cleaning Production Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operative. As part of our fast-paced manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our factory, equipment, and utensils.
As a Cleaning Operative, you will work closely with our team to deliver high standards of quality and hygiene, making every day a chance to learn and improve.
This is a full-time contract position, working 8-hour shifts according to our manufacturing schedule. We are looking for flexible and reliable individuals who can commit to a varied and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean doughnut trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils inside the factory.
- Assist on the Doughnut line when required, supporting the production process from start to finish.
- Maintain clean and comfortable staff areas and corridors, ensuring a positive working environment.
- Clean bins, trolleys, and handle food waste and recycling outside the building.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- Excellent attendance record and reliability.
- Strong focus on hygiene and quality standards.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
