Overview

Join to apply for the Food and Beverage Assistant role at The Ardilaun Hotel ****. The 4 star Ardilaun hotel is currently recruiting for a server in Blazer's Bar & Bistro. The team welcomes applications from friendly and outgoing servers with excellent customer service skills. A key requirement of this job is the ability to work flexible hours (30+ hours per week).

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that tables are set properly and that all guests are seated comfortably
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, needs and complaints, resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, such as coffee and tea
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of all menu items, promotions and events, and be able to effectively communicate this information to guests
  • Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and organized at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Fluency in both written and oral English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible in hours of work as shift work is involved
  • Good communication and organisational skills
