Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a SAP Business Process and Training Coordinator based in Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland, on a full-time, permanent basis. Unilin Insulation Ireland seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Coordinator to oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role involves driving transformation initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects and training aligned with business objectives.

Key Attributes:
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • SAP Activate certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, operations processes, or SAP business analysis roles.
  • 3+ years of SAP ERP experience, especially in SD, MM, and WM modules.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge IS and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analytics (advanced Excel or equivalent).
  • Experience in cross-functional project teams.
Key Tasks and Duties:
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA projects from planning to post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers, and vendors.
  • Ensure successful integration of core S/4HANA modules.
  • Oversee data migration, configuration, testing, and training activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project performance and deliverables.
  • Document processes, create instructions, deliver training, and report progress.
  • Analyze business needs and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and collaborate with teams to optimize workflows.
  • Work with IS teams on technical issues and solutions.
  • Produce business requirements, process diagrams, and user guides.
  • Test and evaluate solutions across processes.
  • Ensure stakeholder approval of requirements.
  • Serve as first point of contact for process, system, or training issues.
  • Maintain high data quality with Business Units and Master Data team.
  • Adhere to company standards and ethos.
