Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to spearhead the provision of strategic input and financial performance analysis, supporting the delivery of long-term business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality analytical, financial, reporting and forecasting support.
  • Present business performance insights, providing regular analysis and recommendations to inform key decision-making.
  • Maintain a smooth operational environment for office staff across multiple sites.
  • Evaluate and enhance financial processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring timely delivery, monitoring, and control.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal departments to guarantee alignment with business objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant accounting experience or equivalent degree.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data from diverse sources to drive commercial insights.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Capacity to articulate complex management information in written and verbal formats for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong continuous improvement and change management skills.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
