We're looking for an experienced Project Manager specialising in large-scale new build projects to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Life Sciences, Aviation, and other projects across the UK & Europe. This role is based in Dublin and supporting projects locally.

This role offers a salary between €70k to €80k annually. It involves a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc…).

You must be an individual with a background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, or similar, with experience managing master construction programmes, organizing staff resources, managing project costs, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of large-scale new build projects.

  • Must have previous Project Management experience specialising in new build projects.
  • Must have full right to work in Ireland WITHOUT sponsorship
  • Ideally, experience across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, or similar, as the client specializes in these industries.
  • Strong experience working with site & construction-based teams.
  • An innovative approach to ensure projects are completed within timescales.
