Overview

A leading membership body are seeking a Member and Digitisation Support Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support and guidance as they apply best practice in their profession. You will play a key part in advancing the organisation's digital strategy, supporting policy development, and contributing to the delivery of data-driven insights and resources that enhance member value. Strong experience in full Microsoft Suite including Power BI required.

On-site requirement

There is a 3 day onsite requirement in their centrally located offices in Dublin 2.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for members, addressing queries on professional practice and standards.
  • Monitor changes impacting members and support the development of practical guidance and resources.
  • Draft policies, guidelines, and member communications on digitisation, sustainability, and related programmes.
  • Contribute to research and policy projects, supporting the production of data-driven submissions, reports, and publications.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing member data to inform organisational priorities and policy positions.
  • Support the development of guidance documents to help members navigate emerging industry trends
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support the implementation of the digital strategy.
  • Assist with the design and delivery of digitisation initiatives that add value to the member experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing ability, with experience drafting clear policies, guidance documents, and communications.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in handling data, surveys, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong professional relationships.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Interest in digital transformation, sustainability, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Third-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., policy, communications, digital transformation, data analysis, or related discipline).
  • Experience in drafting policy documents, reports, or guidance materials.
  • Competence in digital tools, CRM platforms, and survey design/analysis.
  • Previous experience in a membership organisation, professional body, or similar environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of digitisation, sustainability, or professional standards (advantageous but not essential).
