Overview

The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for grey utility systems for a leading pharmaceutical client in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to manage an existing team to deliver an exciting project.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans for utility systems, including water, steam, compressed air, and HVAC.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and validation of utility systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage commissioning schedules and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning process.
  • Document and report commissioning activities and results.
  • Provide training and support to operations and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in commissioning and qualification within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in commissioning tools and software.
