Due to continued growth my client wishes to recruit a
Commissioning Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure familiarisation with and compliance to contract documents and procedures
Oversee all stages of the project: Pre-construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
Co-ordinate information and details in time for project delivery activities
Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
Ensure all M&E works are carried out to the highest safety standards
Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan
Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
Specific Requirements
Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services, M&E, or Trade
5-7 years' experience in building services coordination
Previous main contractor experience preferred; ideally with experience on data centre or industrial projects
Excellent IT skills - knowledge of Revit/BIM and Microsoft applications
