Supply Chain Planner – Mark Anthony Brands International
Location: Dublin, hybrid in Ireland (brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square).

What you'll do- Be accountable for the efficient and effective execution of the Demand & Supply Planning process.
- Create, maintain, manage and report on the rolling 18-month demand & supply plan including risks/opportunities through the S&OP process.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy, schedule adherence, manage inventory levels and ensure optimal customer service to support business growth for current and future portfolio.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to create a monthly demand forecast by SKU and customer using distributor data and market insights; upload into the Finacle Planning System.
- Partner with third-party copackers and sister manufacturing sites to build the supply plan, reflecting lead times and transit schedules to maintain optimal inventory levels and customer service.
- Ensure accurate and timely production reporting from copackers and update systems to safeguard stock integrity.
- Calculate, track and present KPIs such as forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, OTIF, and inventory levels against targets; drive corrective actions as required.
- Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, facilitating rolling 18-month demand and supply forecasts and highlighting risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
- Identify, escalate and resolve risks and dynamic changes in demand or supply, balancing cost efficiency, customer service and working capital priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy and supply chain resilience.
- Collaborate with material planners, commercial teams and contract manufacturers to align material availability and support new product launches and market entries in line with the stage-gate process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning management, preferably in beverage, FMCG or CPG.
- Experience with planning systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, o9, and ideally QAD.
- Demonstrated participation in innovation and new product development (NPD) projects, including stage-gate or change management processes.
- Cross-functional experience across supply chain areas such as customer service, master data management, procurement, or project management.
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels; able to ideate and execute.
- Driven to achieve growth and outcomes; capable of handling complex work and removing roadblocks quickly.
- Positive, proactive mindset with curiosity and a commitment to the craft.
- Effective communicator who can articulate ideas and influence change.
