Overview
This role will support the Pharma Source/Ostomy Source team during the LDR period as part of Project Dawn, a strategic transition involving a new distribution centre and the implementation of SAP EWM S/4HANA across our depots.
Responsibilities
You will work alongside the Procurement Team to ensure optimal stock holding and management at all times and will cultivate vendor relationships.
Stakeholder management internally, with emphasis on Customer Service and Warehouse.
You will be part of a fast-growing sector in Ireland.
You will get opportunities to work on internal projects and process improvements.
You will work as part of a growing team and join an Irish PLC.
Key Outcomes
Ensure department procurement targets are achieved each month
Effectively run the day-to-day operations of OS stock management and procurement
Support with stock, sales, and GM analysis as required
Maintain accurate forecasting with vendors every week
Ensure relationships with vendors are maintained to the highest standards through a suite of vendor KPIs.
Measure and track each vendor's service level, basing procurement decisions on performance
Work closely with the Warehouse and Wholesale teams to ensure the swift and efficient handling of all products into the Uniphar Warehouse Management System
Work closely with Uniphar Accounts Payable to ensure the prompt and efficient
