Junior Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer | Dublin
About the company: Our client is a reputable Mechanical and Building Contractor, expanding throughout Ireland and Europe with a focus on commercial, industrial, data centre, healthcare, educational and technology sectors. The company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects globally.
Responsibilities- Manage key accounts, build relationships, provide technical support, and issue quotations/tenders.
- Handle service calls, prioritise and coordinate engineers, track reports, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance visits, ensure completion, and follow up with quotes, reports, and invoices.
- Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, supplier invoices, and monitor supplier performance.
- Prepare documentation, issue reports, and support departmental management and staff.
- Degree in Building Services
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the HVAC industry
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC services
- Strong communication skills
- Industry knowledge with technical and customer-facing ability
