Our Dublin based client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The role requires experience with Target Operating Model analysis and business change management. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed Target Operating Analysis to evaluate business functions and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead Business Change initiatives, applying best practices in change management to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, set expectations, and maintain transparent communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with IT and project management teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation on processes, changes, and analyses to support decision-making and project reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant experience in Target Operating Analysis and Business Change.
  • Deep understanding of business analysis techniques and change management strategies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
