Patient Experience & Healthcare Data Administrator

(Temporary - Part-time, Grade IV)

The Patient Experience & Healthcare Data Administrator will provide clerical and administrative support to the Patient Experience and Healthcare Data Service at the National Rehabilitation Hospital. The role will also provide cross-cover to other areas, including admissions. Duties will be designated by the Patient Experience and Healthcare Data Manager and may evolve as necessary to meet service needs.

The candidate must, on the latest date for receiving completed application forms for the office, possess:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and general IT competence
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities
  • Good working knowledge of general office procedures
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to take initiative
  • Strong motivation and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Experience in dealing with patients, staff, visitors, and the public
  • Advantageous: Experience working with data and generating reports
