About the Role

If you want to work in a growing, ambitious, and dynamic company, this is the place for you We are recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our European Planning and Performance team. This role involves delivering performance reporting and financial forecasting to support business decisions and maintain financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain GAAP and MI financial models and forecasts to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and ongoing forecasts by gathering inputs, updating financial models, and preparing summary materials.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze results against the plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of performance reports, including profitability analysis and trend identification.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business (e.g., Distribution, Proposition, Financial Control, and Commercial) to collect data and respond to queries.
  • Drive process improvements as part of Project Enhance.
Essential Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent)
  • English language proficiency
Desirable Qualifications
  • Studying towards a professional qualification (e.g., accountant or actuary)
