KNOW THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer Focus: A strong ability to engage with customers, providing personalised service that exceeds expectations.
- Communication Skills: The ability to represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.
- Product Knowledge: Enthusiasm for learning about our products and their heritage, and staying informed on the latest trends.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive store environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with ordering & pricing stock, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and all other tasks as required.
- Flexible hours. Flexibility is required as during busy periods it may be necessary to work occasional late evenings and Bank Holidays.
