What You Will Do

As a Senior Copywriter Lead, you will oversee strategic content initiatives, drive innovation in copy and messaging, and champion content excellence across teams. You'll lead mentorship and talent development, shape content strategy across initiatives, and manage high-impact content programmes.

  • Drive innovation in copy and messaging across channels.
  • Champion content excellence across creative and marketing teams.
  • Lead mentorship and talent development within the copywriting team.
  • Shape content strategy across multiple initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage high-impact content programmes, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Act as a strategic ambassador for content within the organisation.
  • Partner on strategic planning with other creative leaders.
  • Work with the Content Marketing team to shape editorial strategy and creative messaging across channels.
What We Look For
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically in order to align content with customer needs.
  • Strong copy background with experience in ideation, managing deadlines and deliverables, overseeing content output for different clients and writing for various formats.
  • Strong team player with leadership acumen.
  • Excellent prioritisation to deliver multiple projects.
  • Extensive experience in strategic content creation and leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and excellence in copywriting.
  • Strategic mindset with experience shaping content strategy.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-impact programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and ability to advise on digital communications for each project.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, creative success specialists and management to advance Global Creative and Johnson Controls.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field.
