- Previous experience in hospitality or a sales-focused role is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
What you will be doing:
- Be the backbone of our Meetings and Events: Play a key role in our successful Meetings & Events sales team, ensuring seamless experiences for clients from inquiry to event completion in this fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer Champion: Manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure their needs are met, working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
- The Go-to Coordinator: Manage event details such as function sheets, billing, and coordination with operational teams for setup and catering.
- Collaborate and Grow: Report to the Sales Manager and work with various departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and building a foundation for future growth.
- Showcase our Property: Lead property show-arounds to highlight our facilities.
