Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Emergency Medical Technician located in Letterkenny. The Emergency Medical Technician will be responsible for providing emergency medical care, performing medical interventions, and transporting patients to medical facilities. Daily tasks include responding to calls, administering pre-hospital care, and accurately documenting patient information. Ensuring patient safety and maintaining the highest standards of care are paramount in this role.

Qualifications

  • Emergency Medical Technician (minimum) from the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC)
  • Clean Irish Drivers License (B Minimum)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Current CPR A and Manual Handling certifications are a plus
