Outsourcing Manager | Established Firm | Dublin South/ Central

The client –

Our client, a successful medium-sized accountancy practice based in Dublin South/ Central, currently requires an Outsourcing Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. They serve a wide variety of clients from SMEs to large groups.

The firm's Partners are well-regarded for being client-focused, a great place to work, and fair.

What is on offer?

  • Management of a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Producing accounts to Trial Balance with various accounting packages
  • Preparation of Management Accounts
  • Client payroll management
  • Training and supervision of team members
  • Review and submission of Revenue Returns (VAT)

The package –

  • Very competitive base salary

  • Pension scheme (after 1 year)
  • Flexible work arrangements as required

About you –

  • Experienced practice accountant
  • Specific experience in an outsourcing team
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Thorough experience in payroll, VAT, and management accounts
  • Good team player
  • Motivated for continuous development in practice
