Outsourcing Manager | Established Firm | Dublin South/ Central
The client –
Our client, a successful medium-sized accountancy practice based in Dublin South/ Central, currently requires an Outsourcing Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.
They serve a wide variety of clients from SMEs to large groups.
The firm's Partners are well-regarded for being client-focused, a great place to work, and fair.
What is on offer?
Management of a diverse portfolio of clients
Producing accounts to Trial Balance with various accounting packages
Preparation of Management Accounts
Client payroll management
Training and supervision of team members
Review and submission of Revenue Returns (VAT)
The package –
Very competitive base salary
Bonus
Pension scheme (after 1 year)
Flexible work arrangements as required
About you –
Experienced practice accountant
Specific experience in an outsourcing team
Experience managing a small team
Thorough experience in payroll, VAT, and management accounts
Good team player
Motivated for continuous development in practice
