Overview

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE
Allianz Partners' Claims team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Performance Lead, who will work in conjunction with Claims Team Leaders to deliver KPI's and strategic objectives for the Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, reporting and analytics. The role will involve working closely with, and providing support to, the Claims Department managers to ensure the team operates efficiently and that KPI's are met.

Responsibilities
  • Drive improvement in claims quality, customer experience and cost containment
  • Performance coach teams and individual QAS & Provider Queries officers on claims quality KPI's
  • Ensure regular reporting of quality metrics, from manual, digital, member and provider submission, making key recommendations to stakeholders
  • Analyse and report on quality trends and insights, providing the Claims Management team with recommendations for quality improvements
  • Carry out assessments and associated tasks, highlighting knowledge gaps to Management team & Training team
  • Manage and support the daily administrative tasks associated with Claims Releasing, Individual Assessments, Automation Assessments, Provider Queries reporting
  • Identify and implement system and process enhancement ideas to maximise the efficiency and quality results of teams
  • Ad hoc tasks, as required

  • Completion or progression towards the Diploma in Private Medical Insurance
