We are working with a tier-1 national law firm based in Dublin for a Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a cross-border corporate team, working across the corporate spectrum including M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, venture capital, and corporate finance.

The Of Counsel or Senior Associate will work for national and international clients, with a real interest in business development within the firm. The lawyer will also be willing to mentor junior corporate members of the firm.

  • 4-8 years' PQE;
  • Strong corporate law experience;
  • Excellent academics;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Willingness to contribute to business development;
  • Ability to mentor junior members;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team;
  • Technically excellent.
  • Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
  • International offices;
