About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds' leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities
  • Monitor and identify emerging trends, memes, and narratives within the crypto and degen communities
  • Create compelling, scroll-stopping social media content focused on themes of financial freedom, decentralization, and the future of money
  • Collaborate on global marketing campaigns that influence culture and community engagement, beyond traditional advertising
  • Support initiatives aimed at onboarding new users into Web3 and decentralized finance ecosystems
  • Engage with the community to understand sentiment and feedback, helping to refine content strategies
Requirements
  • Deep passion for crypto, DeFi, and the concept of financial freedom
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially those popular in crypto communities (e.g., Twitter, TikTok, Discord, Reddit)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce bold, humorous, and experimental content
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a global team
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
  • Prior experience or active participation in crypto communities is a plus but not mandatory
