Overview

Location: Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, Maynooth Road. Join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant. The role aims to ensure all guests have a wonderful experience and receive excellent service.

About Us

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion on the site of the original castle was built in 1764. The hotel joined Windward Management's collection of luxury Irish hotels, offering opportunities for growth & progression in hospitality careers.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Provides efficient, prompt, trouble-free, and courteous service while serving and setting tables
  • Sets tables as needed prior to or on guest arrival
  • Ensure mise-en-place is correct and ready for service for each shift
  • Be flexible and adapt to a changing environment and the demands of a busy workplace
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as part of a successful team
  • The ideal candidate must have availability to work a minimum of three days per week
