Location: Dublin, Ireland

Experience

Early career experience completing work as directed, collaborating with teammates, and developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong storytelling skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in French to support client relationships in this region.

Responsibilities
  • Meet quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Establish client relationships via calls and email, providing consultations and sales pitches to maximize Google Ads ROI.
  • Manage a portfolio of small businesses, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning quarterly achievements.
  • Drive customer growth through excellent sales experience and achievement of business objectives.
