Role Overview:

Albany Beck are looking to hire an Operations Executive to join the Wealth Management Operations Team, as we engage with one of our key Wealth Management clients. The Operations Executive will provide critical support to the Wealth Management Department, ensuring smooth and compliant client operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across client onboarding, account management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to the Wealth Management Department across a broad range of matters, including Client Due Diligence (CDD) for all client types and jurisdictions, technical client onboarding queries, and review of tax documents.
  • Ensure client account opening documentation meets regulatory and internal standards, and create accounts on relevant systems with the correct settings.
  • Manage changes to client profiles, ensuring all amendments comply with regulatory/internal requirements and documentation standards.
  • Conduct cyclical reviews of client accounts and manage renewal paperwork, including identity verification and financial information.
  • Review periodic reports, including trading activity, investigate exceptional items, and report findings for AML purposes.
  • Correct trading errors, process financial write-offs, and manage associated paperwork.
  • Oversee various fee charging processes for the department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the monthly valuations process for the Wealth Management department.
  • Prepare monthly management information (KPI) reports.
  • Keep updated on new or revised legal/operational matters affecting the department and assess the impact on daily operations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as they arise.

Key Experience:

  • 1+ years experience within financial services
  • Understanding of AML regulations
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience handling sensitive data and maintaining compliance records.
  • Account opening and Onboarding experience would be a bonus
