Overview

A leading financial services firm in Dublin is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its well-regarded team. This role is based in Dublin, hybrid, with a competitive base salary + discretionary bonus + benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Help deliver the annual compliance plan
  • Support Market Abuse obligations (including trade surveillance)
  • Provide regulatory advice to the business
  • Update policies and procedures
  • Manage CBI interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure practical and compliant solutions in a fast-moving environment
What you'll need
  • 5+ years in Compliance or Risk (MiFID firm preferred)
  • Knowledge of Central Bank of Ireland regulations; Market Abuse experience an advantage
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Professional Diploma in Compliance (or willingness to complete)
  • Third-level qualification in business, law, or similar preferred
