Overview

Customer Experience Agents - Full Time role at FMI - Field Management. This role handles incoming calls from current clients and may involve outbound calls to existing clients for cross-selling and up-selling. This is not a remote/hybrid role.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the voice of the business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and, where applicable, outbound calls to existing clients for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Collaborate within a high-performing team to achieve individual and team targets/goals.
  • Complete comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
  • Demonstrate motivation, resilience, and a drive to surpass targets while delivering a positive experience.
  • Utilize strong communication and listening skills aligned with FMI's mission and values.
What we offer / Compensation
  • Earning potential of €28,080 per annum OTE (based on a combination of weekly salary and monthly commission for outstanding performance).
  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, €13.50 per hour.
  • Shift patterns include 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, and 11am–8pm; some Saturdays may be required, subject to business needs.
  • Weekly pay and monthly commission, with additional incentives potentially worth over €2.5k per year.
