Are you passionate about driving global growth and solving business challenges with strategic insight and data? Our client is looking for someone to joing their team as an International Growth Consultant, supporting this Tech companies most innovative and fast-growing customers as they expand into new international markets.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with GCS sellers to consult high-potential customers on international expansion strategies.
  • Build lasting senior-level relationships with C/B clients by understanding their business goals and long-term growth targets.
  • Provide tailored, data-backed recommendations using internal tools and third-party sources (e.g., Euromonitor, Statista).
  • Co-create business plans and sales narratives to unlock new growth opportunities across markets and verticals.
  • Diagnose operational challenges in market expansion—e.g., payments, customer experience, localization—and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve them.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing your expertise and helping colleagues grow.

About You

  • You bring a consultative approach and a strategic mindset, with experience in sales, business development, or strategy consulting.
  • You're data-driven with strong analytical thinking and a passion for uncovering insights that lead to action.
  • You're confident engaging senior stakeholders and working across functions to deliver results.
  • You're entrepreneurial, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and love building scalable solutions.
  • You thrive in a team-oriented, knowledge-sharing culture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (and fluency in an additional language is a plus).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in international business development, strategy consulting, or a client-facing commercial role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, or dashboards (Looker, Statista, Euromonitor).
