Job DescriptionMain purpose of the role:

Ensure the store's accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an accounts administrator role
  • Accounts software experience is desirable
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Main duties:
  • Actively live Centra brand values i.e., Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based
  • Oversee and manage the store's accounts including accounts with suppliers, customers, and third parties
  • Manage all invoices
  • Keep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivable
  • Identify and address any discrepancies
  • General administrative duties
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
