Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: North Circular Road, Dublin.

Employment Type: Full-Time

At Hertz Car Sales, we offer high-quality, pre-owned vehicles to customers across Ireland. We're currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dublin. If you have experience in motor sales or business development and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle from our diverse stock

Manage the complete end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover and follow-up

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective follow-up and relationship management

Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, competitor offerings, and industry trends

Represent the Hertz brand in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, fleet sales, or business development

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A self-motivated team player with a proactive and customer-first mindset

Full, clean Irish or EU driving licence is essential
