We're currently seeking an
experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team.
Representing a wide range of leading automotive brands, you'll help customers find the perfect vehicle to match their lifestyle while delivering a top-tier customer experience from first enquiry to final handshake.
What You'll Do:
Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features and benefits
Manage leads, follow-ups, and convert enquiries into sales
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Work as part of a high-performing sales team under the guidance of a Sales Manager
Upsell relevant products and services (finance, warranties, etc.)
What You Bring:
Proven sales experience (motor trade background a strong advantage)
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach
Customer-first attitude with a professional and approachable manner
Full, clean driving licence -
essential
