Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities - What will I be working on?
  • Develop tools for automating fault recovery, monitoring, and providing recommendations to prevent outages.
  • Contribute to the design of our next-generation systems.
  • Create automation tools for development and sales.
  • Modernize monitoring across our platforms using Prometheus.
  • Instrument existing codebases to expand white-box monitoring.
  • Measure reliability and collaborate with teams to improve metrics.
Skills - What we need you to bring to the table
  • Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • Experience with monitoring systems.
  • Development experience in Python, Go, or PHP.
  • Experience with Terraform.
  • Passion for automation.
  • Experience with build pipeline tools.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and remotely.
