Senior Consultant | Semiconductor, Automotive Tech, Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, C-Suite

Are you passionate about building reliable and scalable infrastructure that supports cutting-edge technologies across mobile, automotive, IoT, and compute platforms? We're seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our Unix Platform Services team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design, build, and maintain Linux-based compute systems that enable seamless software delivery and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain internal tools and scripts (primarily in Python and Shell) to automate and optimize system processes.
  • Drive the automation and scaling of infrastructure to support diverse workloads.
  • Manage software release processes, including CI/CD workflows, to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Troubleshoot complex system and performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement secure and efficient solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, sprint planning, and project management using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Linux systems administration (SUSE, Ubuntu, Red Hat, or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, Puppet, etc.).
  • 1+ year of experience managing software releases and CI/CD pipelines.
  • 1+ year of experience with Jenkins and/or Airflow.
  • Familiarity with observability platforms (Splunk, DataDog, etc.).
  • A background in DevOps practices or systems administration.
  • Experience monitoring system health and performance at scale.
