About the Role: Job Summary: The Site Engineer manages on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality and safety standards. This role involves translating designs into actionable tasks, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams, and liaising with clients and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Monitor progress, prepare updates, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality output.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Manage resources and address technical issues on-site.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for stakeholders.

About You: Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction software tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5/6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with medium to large-scale projects and familiarity with Irish construction standards.
