Great opportunity for a Setting Out Engineer in Laois with a leading Civil Contractor. Our client is involved in civil, road, and commercial projects. The position offers a generous salary and package, along with further career opportunities.

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in setting out
  • Experience on multi-structural developments

Roles include but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day setting out
  • Setting out from foundations to completion
  • Delivering quality on-site products
  • Ensuring drawings, details, and specifications are fully adhered to on site
  • Managing onsite information from concept to completion
  • Engaging with design teams to resolve issues during construction
  • Liaising with site management to ensure smooth project operations
  • Developing Junior Engineers
  • Material quality management
  • Onsite health and safety responsibilities
