This is a unique and impactful leadership opportunity to drive the strategic direction, commercial performance, and growth of 48. As Head of 48, you will take full accountability for the brand's performance, leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences, innovative propositions, and compelling campaigns.

This role requires a blend of visionary leadership and hands-on execution. You'll manage the P&L, own the commercial roadmap, and inspire high-performing teams to deliver results in a highly competitive market. It's ideal for a senior leader who combines strategic foresight with operational excellence, and who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes in a digital-only environment.

The Skills we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading and scaling a digital-first brand.
  • Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams.

  • High-level understanding of emerging digital and mobile technology trends.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer experience and user-centric thinking.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering against KPIs and improving profitability.
