Position Overview

The Vice President/Director will work in a team environment with other StepStone team members, focusing on research and advisory services. We pride ourselves on our collegial atmosphere, encouraging team-building initiatives and a collaborative approach to achieving projects.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Research: Assess marketing materials of prospective fund managers, interpret financial analyses, construct arguments for investment decisions, and communicate findings efficiently in written materials.
  • Advisory: Assist in constructing investment guidelines, develop portfolio allocations, and regularly monitor client portfolio performance.
