Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifeguard, located in Kildare. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers and patrons, monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and providing emergency care if needed. Additional duties include pool maintenance, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the organization of swimming programs and events. Lifeguards will also provide excellent customer service to all members and visitors.

Qualifications
  • Current Lifeguard certification and First Aid/CPR certification
  • Knowledge of pool safety rules and regulations, and experience in enforcing them
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patrons and team members
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties and respond to emergencies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service experience and a commitment to providing a welcoming and safe environment
  • Previous lifeguard experience and knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus
