Learn more at and on and .We are looking for a **Senior RF Design Engineer** to join our RF Semiconductor team, based in Limerick, Ireland, who will be responsible for product development of our RF SIPs and MCM products for various markets.**Context on the role**:As a **Senior RF Design Engineer**, you will perform a full range of product development activities including, but not limited to: **Job Duties:*** Design and development of RF-ICs, RF signal chains, RF-cores and signal interfaces of such signal chains* Design of RF signal chains with multi RF /Analog components with various semiconductor technologies in single package.* Simulation of RF signal chains and package models on circuit simulation and EM tools and performing fundamental thermal simulations* Design Evaluation, performing first characterization and detailed analysis* Preparing required documentations and reports for product development**Requirements:*** At least B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S Preferred.* Typically requires at least 2-3 years related and progressive experience.* Should have solid understanding of S-parameters, T-line theory, RF networks, RF blocks such as switches, attenuators, LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, VCOs, amplifiers* The candidate should possess skills necessary to innovate, design, simulate and verify circuit performance at the behavioral/architectural level, and should have a strong RF understanding.* Experience in circuit design environments such as Cadence, ADS is required.* IC or RF-IC design and/or IC validation experience is a plus.* Skills in electromagnetic simulators such as Sonnet, HFSS, EMPro, EMX is a plus.* Experience in test equipment and RF characterization is a plus.* Motivated, results oriented and organized engineer with good writing, presentation and overall communication skills* Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly* Willingness to work with multi national multi time zone teams that requires flexible work hours* Comfortable taking calculated risks* Has a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver results* EU citizenship required **Why you will like working at ADI:*** We place great value on individual judgment.* We allow our employees the freedom to explore new ideas and the autonomy to determine how to best achieve business goals and objectives.* We emphasize professional development and mentoring.* Above all, we recognize that the personal goals of our employees and the company's goals are closely related and must support each other.#LI-CC1*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
