Overview

Flight Crew International (FCI) is growing We're looking for a Senior Aviation Recruiter to join our team in Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who's ready to take the next step toward a leadership role and be part of building the next generation of aviation recruitment excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for aviation professionals across EMEA and beyond
  • Source, screen, and build a pipeline of top aviation talent
  • Act as a trusted partner to both candidates and clients
  • Contribute to strategic recruitment initiatives and KPI tracking
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in aviation
  • Strong grasp of aviation industry standards and staffing trends
  • Results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a global remote team
  • Based in Ireland (occasional travel may be required)
  • Clear path to Recruitment Manager role within 12–18 months
  • Work with high-profile aviation clients and international projects
  • Supportive, agile, and collaborative culture
