Position
As part of our ongoing fleet and organisational expansion, we now have an opportunity for a Senior Manager reporting to the Head of Financial Operations & Contracts Management to develop a successful and rewarding career and gain significant exposure at all levels across the full breadth of the organisation.
Key Activities
will include
Deal team participation and support, including due diligence and draft contract review;
Contract reviews, data capture and contract setup on the contract management system (Leasepoint);
Management/Oversight of Lessee Insurances;
Management/ overdue interest calculation and invoicing;
Collection, debt service, security deposit and letters of credit management;
Recharge and expenditure management;
Contract milestone management;
Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers;
Preparation and review of Aircraft Purchase Price Calculations;
Provide senior management with meaningful information/reports as requested;
Requirements
ACA/ACCA desirable but not essential;
Minimum 1-3 years experience in Aviation Leasing;
Possess an ability to identify and communicate succinctly matters of importance to team members, senior management and other stakeholders;
Have excellent team working abilities;
Be an enthusiastic and strong communicator, highly organised and a self-starter;
Previous experience within a Contracts Management or Finance Operations department is a distinct advantage but not essential.
