We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Project Manager to join our client (leading financial services business) for a 6-month initial contract. The successful candidate will work across several infrastructure upgrades and migrations that are happening across the business with more work in the pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact initiative that will shape the future of the company's digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:
  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear and consistent communication.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with the overall digital transformation strategy.
  2. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Risk and Issue Management:
  1. Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Quality Assurance:
  1. Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:Education and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
Technical Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and digital technologies.
  2. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
Certifications:
  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
  2. Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Full working rights in Ireland is essential to be considered for this position alongside the willingness to work in a hybrid manner.
