As a Digital Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content. You'll investigate reported issues, enforce community standards, and provide insights to improve user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
  2. Enforce the client's Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing reports of abuse.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the client's products and community standards.
  4. Leverage market-specific knowledge to propose scalable solutions for community support.
  5. Analyse data to identify trends and improve user experiences.
  6. Escalate issues outside company policy to global teams when necessary.
  7. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements.
Skills & Competencies
  1. Strong resilience to work in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a high degree of empathy.
  3. Adaptability and a positive approach to challenges.
  4. Decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
  5. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  6. Consistent performance in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Language Requirements
  1. Fluency in one of the following languages: Danish, Dutch, Estonian, French (African), or Hebrew (oral and written).
  2. Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
Contract Details
  1. Type: Full-time, permanent
  2. Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford (on-site only; remote work is not available)
  3. Working Hours: Choose between:
  4. Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  5. Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  6. Monday to Friday (occasional weekends/bank holidays)
Compensation & Benefits
  1. Base salary: €29,700/year
  2. Evening shift uplift: +25% for late hours (approx. €33,000/year)
  3. €12/day travel allowance (before tax) for evening shifts
  4. Quarterly performance-based bonus (10%)
