Overview

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention; contribute to reducing the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes; improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions; inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

Duration

The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Key Expert: Logistics Expert (Host Country)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Advanced degree in economics/management/business or 5+ years added experience.
  • Knowledge of technical/telecom equipment for EOM.

General experience:

  • Cat. I: 10+ years / Cat. II: 5+ years in civilian mission management.

Specific experience:

  • Coordination-level EOM experience.
  • Budget and logistics planning.
