Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our hotel. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a flair for digital and content marketing.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Support the development of promotional materials within hotel branding.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Help organise events and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
